This will be considered to all those who will register before and on the 15^th of December 2003.  

Registration fees for Tanzanian delegates will cover costs for participation in all the conference activities, meals, costs for abstract book, writing pads, name tags, pens/pencils, and shuttles to and from colleges to conference venue and registration costs.

Registration fees for international delegates include costs for accommodation in the hostels, map and travel guidelines, abstract book, shuttles to and from the airport and to and from the conference venue and lodging, meals, writing pads, pen and pencils, and registration costs.

Late registrations

Will be considered to all those registering after the deadline of 15th December 2003.
